Thank you for shopping with E-bike Boys! We're excited to get your new e-bike to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help guide you through the process.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a tracking number once your e-bike has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge, delivering in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for estimated delivery times and costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within [your country]. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. All international shipments are subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

  • We ensure that each e-bike is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. The bike will arrive in a sturdy, well-protected box, with assembly instructions and all necessary parts for easy setup.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your e-bike has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via our courier’s website to keep an eye on your delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping is available only to regions where e-bikes can be legally shipped. Certain countries or regions may have restrictions on shipping electric bikes due to regulations.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your e-bike arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact our support team immediately at info@ebikeboys.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
